Epo抗体（B-4）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG2b kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）等方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类样本中的促红细胞生成素（Epo）。促红细胞生成素（B-4）抗体有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。促红细胞生成素是一种由165个氨基酸组成的重要糖蛋白，主要在肾脏合成，在调节红细胞生成（红细胞形成过程）中发挥着重要作用。这种调节在稳态条件下以及应对失血或出血时尤为重要，可确保全身的氧气输送充足。促红细胞生成素通过刺激骨髓中红细胞前体细胞的增殖和成熟来实现这一目标。促红细胞生成素受体（EpoR）是一种存在于巨核细胞、红细胞祖细胞和内皮细胞上的糖蛋白，负责调节促红细胞生成素的作用。EpoR的过度表达与多种病理生理状况有关，包括真性红细胞增多症，这种病症是由于异常干细胞中的红细胞祖细胞不受促红细胞生成素的影响而生长所致。相反，Epo表达不足会导致慢性疾病性贫血等病症，常见于类风湿性关节炎患者。

Hi! We bought an Epo Antibody (B-4) cat: sc-80995, lot: C2118 could you please provide me the expiration date of this lot. We arrived without a centification of analysis. It was removed from the package at the time. We do not have the expiration date.

Thank you for your question. We provide a warranty of one year from the date of purchase on the viability of our products given proper storage conditions. Antibodies can last for many years as long as they are stored properly, so a formal expiration date is not provided for these reagents.

Can you recommend a positive control for Epo Antibody (B-4): sc-5290?

We recommend KNRK Whole Cell Lysate (sc-2214) and mouse liver tissue extract (sc-2256) as positive controls for Epo Antibody (B-4): sc-5290.
