DOCK 8抗体(G-2)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆DOCK 8抗体(也称为DOCK 8抗体),它能够通过蛋白质印迹法(WB)、免疫沉淀法(IP)、免疫荧光法(IF)、免疫组织化学法(IHC(P))和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的DOCK 8蛋白。DOCK 8抗体(G-2)既有非偶联形式的抗DOCK 8抗体,也有多种偶联形式的抗DOCK 8抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC以及多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。DOCK 8(细胞分裂素8的定向因子)是一个由2099个氨基酸组成的蛋白质,包含一个DHR-2(CZH-2)结构域和一个DHR-1(CZH-1)结构域。作为调节细胞分裂的DOCK180蛋白质家族中的多个成员之一,DOCK 8起着鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子(GEF)的作用,可能在蛋白质激活中发挥作用,并被认为会影响肌动蛋白的组织。编码DOCK 8的基因缺陷与常染色体显性精神发育迟滞(MRD2)的发病机理有关,这可能是由于基于肌动蛋白的细胞骨架结构错误所致。该基因的突变还会导致超IgE综合征的常染色体隐性形式,这是一种罕见的疾病,其特征是免疫缺陷、反复感染、湿疹、血清IgE升高、嗜酸性粒细胞增多以及结缔组织和骨骼未受累。由于选择性剪接事件的存在,DOCK 8存在多种异构体。编码DOCK 8的基因映射到人类9号染色体上,该染色体包含900多个基因,约占人类基因组的近4%。
