Datasheets
  • DNCLI1 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgA κ DNCLI1 antibody provided at 200 µg/ml
  • specific for an epitope mapping between amino acids 5-23 at the N-terminus of DNCLI1 of human origin
  • recommended for detection of DNCLI1 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA
  • m-IgGκ BP-HRP is the preferred secondary detection reagent for DNCLI1 Antibody (H-7) for WB applications. This reagent is now offered in a bundle with DNCLI1 Antibody (H-7) (see ordering information below). For additional m-IgGκ BP conjugates see our complete list of Mouse IgG Binding Proteins.

    SEE ALSO...

DNCLI1 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgA kappa light chain antibody that detects DNCLI1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DNCLI1 (H-7) antibody is available as the non-conjugated form. DNCLI1 protein, also known as Cytoplasmic dynein 1 light intermediate chain 1, functions as a crucial component of the dynein motor complex, essential for various cellular processes, including intracellular transport and mitosis. This 523 amino acid protein is integral to dynein structure, consisting of multiple heavy, intermediate, and light chains that work together to facilitate cellular cargo movement along microtubules. DNCLI1 plays a significant role in binding dynein heavy chains to chromosomes or membranous organelles, thereby influencing cellular transport dynamics and dynein enzymatic activity regulation. Understanding DNCLI1′s importance in these processes provides insights into potential implications in cellular function and disease mechanisms, making anti-DNCLI1 antibody (H-7) an invaluable tool for studying dynein-related activities in various biological contexts.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514141 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: Professor Griffin
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
