connexin 45抗体（G-7）是一种IgG1 κ型小鼠单克隆connexin 45抗体（也称为GJC1抗体、间隙连接蛋白gamma 1抗体或CX45抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA技术检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的connexin 45蛋白。该抗体既有非偶联的抗connexin 45抗体形式，也有多种偶联形式的抗connexin 45抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。连接蛋白家族形成称为"连接子"的六聚体复合物，通过间隙连接促进低分子量蛋白质在细胞间的移动。连接蛋白具有四个跨膜α-螺旋结构域、两个细胞外环、一个细胞质环以及细胞质N端和C端的共同拓扑结构。许多关键的功能差异来自于最保守的结构域--跨膜和细胞外区域中的特定氨基酸替换。大约20种连接蛋白异构体中的每一种都产生具有不同通透性和电化学敏感性的通道；因此，一种连接蛋白通常不能完全替代另一种。因此，多种恶性表型与连接蛋白表达和间隙连接通讯的减少有关，这取决于受影响的特定连接蛋白。例如，左心室中connexin 45的下调与缺血性心肌病和特发性扩张型心肌病引起的终末期心力衰竭有关。

Rated 1 out of 5 by from mAb G-7 did not work in IF on heart sectionsI tested this Ab on mouse heart frozen sections, in a dilution range 1:10 to 1:100 but I did not see any specific staining. I exclude technical problems, as positive controls worked well.
