Cdc5L（细胞分裂周期5样蛋白，裂殖酵母Cdc5相关蛋白）是一种由人类基因CDC5L编码的DNA结合蛋白。Cdc5L包含2个HTH myb型DNA结合域，并可能在细胞质和细胞核之间穿梭。它参与细胞周期控制，并可能作为转录激活剂。CDC5L是一种剪接体蛋白，在不同物种中高度保守。它是构成剪接体复合物的核心的一组蛋白质成员，对于前体mRNA剪接至关重要。Cdc5L参与前体mRNA剪接的第二个催化步骤，该步骤涉及在3'剪接位点切割和外显子的连接。这个过程释放出完整的内含子套索。在多囊性肾发育不良中发现涉及Cdc5L的染色体畸变。这种畸变是由与USF-2的易位（t 6;19，p21;q13.1）引起的。
