CD20抗体（D-10）是一种IgM κ型小鼠单克隆抗体，特定于CD20（也被称为MS4A1抗体、B淋巴细胞抗原CD20抗体或白细胞表面抗原Leu-16抗体）。它能够通过WB, IP, IF, IHC(P)和ELISA检测来自小鼠、大鼠和人类的CD20蛋白质。CD20抗体（D-10）既有非偶联形式的抗CD20抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗CD20抗体，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。CD20是一种白细胞表面抗原，由四个跨膜区域以及细胞质内的N-和C-末端组成。CD20的细胞质结构域包含多个磷酸化位点，这些位点能够产生不同的异构体。CD20主要在B细胞上表达，但也在正常和肿瘤性T细胞上被发现。CD20作为一种能够通透钙离子的阳离子通道，已知能够加速由胰岛素样生长因子-1（IGF-1）诱导的从G0期到G1期的细胞周期进程。CD20通过异源三聚体G蛋白的α亚基被IGF-1受体激活。CD20的激活显著增加了DNA的合成，并被认为涉及基本的螺旋-环-螺旋亮氨酸拉链转录因子。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Specific stainingThis staining was done on OCT frozen sections of spleen from a 3 weeks CCl4 treated mouse. I used the anti-CD20 Ab in combination with a secondary conjugated to a near-IR fluorescent dye. This combination was useful in reducing autofluorescence. The staining pattern is membranous as expected for a surface marker.
