CD15抗体（HI98）是一种鼠单克隆IgM kappa轻链抗体，可通过多种应用检测小鼠、大鼠和人类样本中的CD15，包括蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、石蜡包埋切片免疫组织化学（IHCP）和流式细胞术（FCM）。CD15，又称Lewis X或LeX，是一种在细胞粘附和相互作用中发挥关键作用的碳水化合物抗原，主要存在于白细胞和某些肿瘤细胞表面。这种三糖是由Fucosyltransferase IV（FucT-IV）作用合成的，该酶将α-岩藻糖残基转移到细胞N-乙酰乳糖胺的β-GlcNAc部分上。细胞表面CD15的存在对于介导钙依赖性同型结合至关重要，使高表达CD15的细胞能够在钙离子存在的情况下有效聚集。此外，CD15作为选择素的配体，在免疫反应期间促进白细胞特异性相互作用方面至关重要。CD15促进细胞粘附和聚集的能力凸显了其在包括炎症和免疫细胞迁移在内的各种生理过程中的重要性。抗CD15抗体（HI98）有结合和非结合两种形式，可根据不同的实验需求灵活选择。

Thank you for your question. You can find our recommended protocols by following this link: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols?&_requestid=1574639. When working with formalin-fixed and/or paraffin-embedded tissue samples we recommend antigen retrieval using heat treatment with 10 mM sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 (sc-294091); or with 50 mM glycine-HCl buffer (sc-29096), pH 3.5, with 0.01% (w/v) EDTA (sc-29092).

Can CD15 (HI98): sc-19649 monoclonal antibody be used in IF or IHC with mouse tissue or cells? Will there be non-specific staining?

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, CD15 (HI98): sc-19649 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
