I need the dilution range for cFOS K25 in westernblot. Or is it the same as E8. Thank you in advance

Thank you for your question. This antibody's dilution range in western blots is 1:100 - 1:1000 depending on your samples and experimental setup. Since this polyclonal antibody has been discontinued we recommend using our c-Fos Antibody (E-8): sc-166940 instead.

Hello, I would like to use this antibody in my lab. However i can not find any standard protocol for immunocytochemistry for this antibody on the website. Do you have any ? thanks in advance

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Used in IHC in 4% PFA fixed mouse brain tissuesUsed in IHC in 4% PFA fixed mouse brain tissues. The antibody worked pretty well, and I could see labeled cells. The only problem was we also got vessel staining. Not sure, that is normal or nonspecific.
