Blimp-1抗体(6D3)是一种大鼠单克隆IgG2a抗体,可通过蛋白质印迹(WB)、免疫沉淀(IP)、免疫荧光(IF)和免疫组织化学检测小鼠、大鼠和少量人类来源的Blimp-1蛋白。Blimp-1 (6D3) 抗体有非结合型和多种结合型,包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶 (HRP)、藻红蛋白 (PE)、异硫氰酸荧光素 (FITC) 和多种 Alexa Fluor® 结合物。Blimp-1,也称为B淋巴细胞诱导成熟蛋白或PRDM1,在浆细胞(负责产生抗体的B细胞最终分化形式)的发育和分化中起着至关重要的作用。这种转录抑制剂主要位于细胞核中,Blimp-1在其中充当B细胞最终分化的主要调节器。Blimp-1对于syndecan-1和J链的上调至关重要,同时抑制IFN-β基因的转录,并招募组蛋白去乙酰化酶到DNA上,从而抑制c-myc的表达。Blimp-1的表达标志着B细胞成熟的关键检查点,允许完全激活的B细胞转化为浆细胞,同时消除未成熟和部分激活的细胞。了解Blimp-1的功能至关重要,因为Blimp-1不仅影响免疫反应,而且与多种疾病有关,包括自身免疫性疾病和癌症,这些疾病中血浆细胞分化失调的情况时有发生。

Anti-PRDM1/Blimp-1 Antibody (6D3): sc-47732 is recommended for detection of Blimp-1 of mouse, rat and, to a lesser extent, human origin by WB, IP, IF and IHC(P). If you are working with human samples Anti-PRDM1/Blimp-1 Antibody (3H2E8): sc-66015 or Anti-PRDM1/Blimp-1 Antibody (C-7): sc-398699 may be better suited for your experiments.

I am planning to perform a double stain on my tissues. How can I do this with only mouse monoclonal antibodies?

We recommend using a directly conjugated primary antibody. This product, sc-47732, is available conjugated to FITC, AF488, and AF647.
