However, in 4% PFA fixed primary neuronal culture there is no specific staining at all.

Samples were incubated with sc-51670 beta3-Tubulin (TU-20) antibody (1:100) in 1% BSA and 0.1% Triton-X for 1 h. An anti-mouse AlexaFluor®-488 was used as secondary antibody (1:400).
