Hello, for the 1:1000 dilution of the antibody. what is the best to use? dilution in 5% BSA with PBS-T or with TBS-T? or something else? thank you!

Thank you for your question. We recommend a starting dilution of 1:200 or 1:500 for western blot and using 5%milk in TBST.

I will use this Ab as loading control in WB by H157 cells. can this be used in H157 cells ?
