Bcl-xS/L Antibody (D-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects the Bcl-xS and Bcl-xL proteins of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Bcl-xS/L (D-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The Bcl-x protein family plays a crucial role in the regulation of apoptosis, with Bcl-xL functioning as a potent inhibitor of cell death, while Bcl-xS acts as a dominant negative regulator that promotes apoptosis.
