Thank you for your question. We only have data for the detection of apoA-I of human origin in WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA applications.

Is antigen retrieval required with working with paraffin-embedded sections?

can sc-7297 is being uesed as secondery antibody for sc-376818

Thank you for your question. No, it can not be used as a secondary antibody. sc-7297 is the catalog number for a mouse monoclonal primary antibody against HCAM (DF1485). And sc-376818 is the catalog number for a different mouse monoclonal primary antibody against apoA-I (B-10).
