What is the composition of buffer used for lysis of cells before proceeding for WB?

Can you recommend a positive control to use with Amphiphysin II (2F11): sc-23918 monoclonal antibody for Western blot?

We recommend C2C12 (sc-364188), Sol8 (sc-2249) or L8 (sc-3807) whole cell lysates to use as positive controls as we have Western blot data showing specific detection of Amphiphysin II in these cell lines.
