AGR2抗体（6C5）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆AGR2抗体（也称为AGR2抗体），可通过WB、IP和ELISA检测到小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的AGR2蛋白。AGR2抗体（6C5）为非偶联形式的抗AGR2抗体。AGR2（前梯度蛋白2），也称为AG2、GOB-4或HAG-2，是前梯度同源家族的一员。它是XAG-2的人类同源物，XAG-2是分泌的非洲爪蟾前梯度蛋白。在非洲爪蟾中，它参与水泥腺分化和神经标记基因表达。AGR2是由两种不同的AGR2转录本编码的分泌蛋白。它与LYPD3和α-肌营养不良聚糖(DAG-1)相互作用。AGR2在前列腺癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、肾癌和子宫内膜癌中普遍表达且表达上调。AGR2的表达与雌激素受体(ER)的表达呈正相关，与表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达呈负相关。AGR2可能作为各种癌症的潜在治疗标志物。
