ACTR-IC抗体(A-1)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆ACTR-IC抗体(也称为ACTR-IC抗体),可通过蛋白质印迹法(WB)、免疫沉淀法(IP)、免疫荧光法(IF)和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的ACTR-IC蛋白。ACTR-IC抗体(A-1)既有非偶联形式的抗ACTR-IC抗体,也有多种偶联形式的抗ACTR-IC抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC以及多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。ACTR-IC(激活素受体1C型),也称为激活素受体样激酶7(ALK-7),是一种I型丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶受体。ACTR-IC包含一个细胞外结合域,一个细胞内丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶域(前面有一个GS盒)和一个跨膜域。它在消化系统和中枢神经系统中表达,并定位于细胞表面。通过选择性剪接产生四种ACTR-IC转录本。转录本1是功能性的全长受体,转录本2缺乏完整的受体结合域,而转录本3和4是缺乏跨膜域的可溶性蛋白。ACTR-IC是激活素AB、激活素B和Nodal的受体。在胰腺细胞中,ACTR-IC与激活素受体IIB型(ACTR-IIB)形成复合物。ACTR-IC的激酶域可以诱导Smad2和Smad3信号通路。在某些细胞系中,ACTR-IC的过表达会诱导细胞凋亡并抑制增殖。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly potent and specific antibodyThis monoclonal antibody was independently tested in-house by Kinexus Bioinformatics Corporation and validated for use for Western blotting. There was very strong detection of the ~55 kDa target protein in mouse tissues (brain/testes/thymus/muscle mix). No major cross-reactivities were observed at 2 µg/ml antibody concentration with off-target proteins in the mouse tissues tested.
