ACSL5抗体（A-2）是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆ACSL5抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的ACSL5蛋白。ACSL5抗体（A-2）以非偶联的抗ACSL5抗体形式提供。酰基辅酶A合成酶，也称为长链脂肪酸辅酶A合成酶（FACL）或棕榈酰辅酶A连接酶，包括ACSL1-6，它们都是定位于线粒体、微粒体或过氧化物酶体的单次跨膜蛋白。ACSL蛋白对于细胞脂质的合成和β-氧化降解非常重要。具体来说，ACSL蛋白催化长链脂肪酸活化为酰基辅酶A，其可以被代谢形成二氧化碳、三酰甘油（TAG）、磷脂（PL）和胆固醇酯（CE）。ACSL5利用范围广泛的饱和脂肪酸，并偏好C16-C18不饱和脂肪酸。它在子宫和脾脏中高表达。ACSL5表达的减少与肿瘤发生相关，包括子宫内膜样腺癌和结直肠癌。ACSL5也可作为胃肠道的分化标志物。
