8-iso-17-phenyl trinor Prostaglandin F2α（8-iso-17-phenyl trinor PGF2α）是比马前列素（游离酸）的 C-8 表聚体，是一种代谢稳定的 PGF2α 类似物。比马前列素（游离酸）与绵羊黄体细胞上的 FP 受体结合的相对效力是 PGF2α 的 756%。1 在 CHO 细胞中表达的大鼠重组 FP 受体上，比马前列素抑制 PGF2α 结合的 Ki 为 1.1 nM。
