6-keto Prostaglandin F1α-d4 (6-keto PGF1α-d4) 在 3、3'、4 和 4' 位含有四个氘原子。6-keto prostaglandin F1α（6-酮前列腺素 F1α）是 PGI2(1,2)的非酶水解产物，不具有活性。 6-keto PGF1α 是体内 PGI2 生物合成的有效标记（3）。 给健康男性注射[3H]-PGI2 后，6.6% 的放射性会从尿液中以[3H]-6-酮 PGF1α 的形式回收（3）。
