5-cis 伊洛前列素是伊洛前列素的 C-5 顺式异构体，是前列腺素 I2（前列环素）的第二代结构类似物。伊洛前列素的药效是第一代稳定前列环素类似物卡前列环素的十倍（1）。目前还没有关于 5-顺式伊洛前列素药理特性的公开研究。
