    SEE ALSO...

CCDC93 Antibody (H-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects CCDC93 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). CCDC93 (H-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. CCDC93 protein, consisting of 631 amino acids, is characterized by the presence of a coiled-coil domain, a structural motif that plays a crucial role in mediating protein-protein interactions and is essential for various cellular processes, including gene expression regulation, cell division, and membrane dynamics. The coiled-coil domain in CCDC93 facilitates the assembly of protein complexes, which are vital for maintaining cellular functions and responding to environmental signals. CCDC93 is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 2, a region associated with several genetic disorders, highlighting the significance of CCDC93 in both normal physiology and disease states.
