I performed a IF imaging of nucleolin using its antibody sc-13057 . But the imaging pattern is different with the antibody from abcom. So I need the information of antigen nucleolin for antibody sc-13057. what the peptides of nucleolin for antibody?

C23 Antibody (H-250): sc-13057 is a rabbit polyclonal antibody that is now discontinued. The antibody was not raised against a peptide, but rather a recombinant protein with the epitope corresponding to amino acids 271-520 mapping to an internal region of C23 of human origin.

Is there still some C23 Antibody (H-250) available that can be purchase.  We need it to finish off some studies done previously with this antibody.  How much is there and can it be purchased? Thanks
