Plastin Antibody (F-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Plastin in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Plastin antibody (F-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Plastins, also known as fimbrins, are critical actin-binding proteins that play essential roles in cytoskeletal organization and exhibit tissue-specific expression patterns.
