NUB1 Antibody (F-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects NUB1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). NUB1 (F-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. NUB1 plays a crucial role in regulating the NEDD8 system, which is essential for controlling various biological processes through conjugation to cullin proteins. As a negative regulator of this system, NUB1 facilitates recruitment of NEDD8 and conjugates to the proteasome for degradation, thereby acting as a key cell growth regulator. The UBA domain of NUB1 specifically accepts linear ubiquitin precursor, highlighting importance in ubiquitin-related pathways. Composed of 601 amino acids, NUB1 is predominantly localized in the nucleus and is interferon-inducible. NUB1 exhibits specific expression in adult human testis, ovary, heart, and skeletal muscle tissues, underscoring significance in reproductive and muscular functions.
