Ly-6D Antibody (RGRSL 114.8.1) is a rat monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects Ly-6D in mouse samples through flow cytometry (FCM). Ly-6D, also known as E48 antigen, is a 128 amino acid glycoprotein predominantly expressed in squamous cell carcinoma cell lines and squamous cell epithelial tissues.
