    SEE ALSO...

GM-CSFRα Antibody (G-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects GM-CSFRα in human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). GM-CSFRα, or Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor Receptor Alpha, plays a crucial role in hematopoiesis and immune response by mediating the effects of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF), which is essential for the proliferation, differentiation, and survival of myeloid cells. GM-CSFRα is primarily located on the surface of hematopoietic cells, including monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils, making GM-CSFRα vital for the regulation of immune responses and inflammation. Understanding GM-CSFRα localization is important because GM-CSFRα expression can influence the activation and function of immune cells, thereby impacting the body′s ability to respond to infections and diseases. Additionally, GM-CSFRα interaction with its common β subunit is necessary for high-affinity binding and subsequent signaling, which underscores GM-CSFRα importance in maintaining effective immune function. Anti-GM-CSFRα antibody (G-12) is an invaluable tool for researchers studying the mechanisms of immune regulation and the role of GM-CSF in various pathological conditions.
