    SEE ALSO...

DDX17 Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects DDX17 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). DDX17, also known as DEAD box protein 17 or p72, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, particularly in RNA metabolism regulation. DDX17 is primarily located in the nucleus and cytoplasm, where DDX17 functions as an RNA helicase, unwinding RNA structures to facilitate essential processes such as translation initiation and splicing. Proper localization of DDX17 is vital for function, ensuring interaction with RNA substrates and other cellular machinery effectively. Dysregulation of DDX17 has been linked to significant developmental issues, including impairments in early brain development that can lead to conditions such as Down Syndrome. Furthermore, aberrant expression of DDX17 has been associated with colon cancer progression, highlighting DDX17′s potential as a therapeutic target. Anti-DDX17 antibody (B-6) is an invaluable tool for researchers investigating DDX17′s roles in various biological contexts and disease states.
