Thank you for your question. This now discontinued antibody was a rabbit polyclonal that was unlabeled/unconjugated rabbit IgG.

Hi can you tell me if this Clusterin (H-330) antibody works on non perfusion fixed frozen mouse brain sections? Thanks

Thank you for your question. We have not tested this antibody on non-perfusion fixed mouse brain tissue sections, but It's a strong antibody with many epitopes, so I would expect it to work fine. hello, is this ab use to detection for nuclear clusterin ?

Thank you for you question. The nuclear isoform occurs as a result of splicing and is generally missing the first 33 amino acids at the N-termial in this form of the protein. The epitope for this antibody maps at the C-terminal, so it would be able to detect both the nuclear and the cytoplasmic forms.
