Anyone knows which is the appropriate pH for Antigen Retrieval?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great antibody!This is by far the BEST antibody for c-Maf transcription factor I have used. I have tried similar antibodies from at least 2 other companies, but nothing other than the Santa Cruz one worked well for embryonic and postnatal formalin-fixed frozen tissue staining. While still searching for a good alternative antibody (because this one has been discontinued), we hope Santa Cruz can generate another monoclonal antibody that will work great to specifically target the c-Maf protein for different experimental purposes!
