Hello, Can I still use this antibody for IHC, despite the discontinuation? I have it in stock and I don't want to throw it away, so I would like to try it on paraffin blocks. I can't seem to find the data sheet, is it still available? Could I have it?

I want to know what the secondary antibody should be used and what the concentration(secondary antibody) should be.

I want know different between beta catenin C-18 and E-5

Thank you for your question. These are two very strong antibodies against beta catenin! The goat polyclonal antibody, sc-1496 beta-catenin (C-18), is now discontinued and is no longer available. The mouse monoclonal antibody, sc-7963, β-catenin (E-5) is available. This is a stronger and more reliable antibody with many citations.
