    SEE ALSO...

ZNF544 Antibody (3359C4a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects the ZNF544 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-ZNF544 antibody (3359C4a) is available as a non-conjugated format. ZNF544 (3359C4a) antibody recognizes a member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, primarily located in the nucleus, where ZNF544 plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation. This nuclear localization enables ZNF544 to interact directly with DNA and other nuclear proteins, influencing gene expression and cellular function. ZNF544 consists of 715 amino acids, featuring 13 C2H2-type zinc fingers and a KRAB domain, which is essential for interaction with the KAP1 protein. This interaction facilitates recruitment of histone-modifying enzymes, impacting chromatin remodeling and gene silencing. Understanding ZNF544′s function and localization helps elucidate its role in various biological processes and potential implications in diseases related to transcriptional dysregulation.
