    SEE ALSO...

Zfp78 Antibody (B-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects Zfp78 protein of mouse and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Zfp78 antibody (B-12) is available as the non-conjugated form. Zfp78, or Zinc Finger Protein 78, is a 480 amino acid protein that belongs to the zinc finger protein family, known for DNA binding and gene expression modulation. Zinc finger motifs in Zfp78 facilitate specific interactions with DNA, allowing regulation of transcription—the process by which genetic information is transcribed from DNA to RNA. Such regulation is vital for various cellular processes, including differentiation, growth, and apoptosis, ensuring genes are expressed at appropriate times and levels. While precise physiological roles and regulatory targets of Zfp78 in mice remain to be fully elucidated, classification within the zinc finger protein family suggests significant potential for influencing developmental pathways and cellular functions. Anti-Zfp78 antibody (B-12) versatility in multiple applications makes this reagent essential for researchers investigating complex roles in gene regulation and cellular dynamics.
