    SEE ALSO...

WDR42A Antibody (QS-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects WDR42A protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-WDR42A antibody (QS-5) is available as a non-conjugated format. WDR42A protein, also known as H326, is a 597 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of seven WD-repeats, which are structural motifs that typically form a tertiary propeller configuration. These WD-repeats are crucial for WDR42A protein′s function, as they facilitate interactions with various partner proteins, thereby playing a significant role in multiple cellular processes, including chromatin assembly, cell cycle regulation, signal transduction, RNA processing, apoptosis, and vesicular trafficking. The ability of WDR42A to participate in these essential signaling networks underscores its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental cues. Alternative splicing of the WDR42A gene results in the expression of two isoforms, further diversifying its functional roles within the cell.
