has this been tested in neuroblastoma cells before?

Can I use it to transfect regular plasmid expressing the gene of my interest? I tried it to transfect GFP plasmid and compared it with Lipofectamine 3000. Surprisingly, it works much better than Lipofectamine 3000 in efficiency and less toxicity.

Could you tested the MC3T3-E1 preosteoblast cells? Reagent's high amounts (1-1.5 ul for 48-well plate) have toxic effects on the cell, while low amounts (0.5 ul for 48-well plate) are not sufficient for transfection. Is there any solution you can offer?
