    SEE ALSO...

TMEM252 Antibody (H-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects TMEM252 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TMEM252 (H-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. TMEM252 protein is located in the endoplasmic reticulum and plays a crucial role in cellular signaling and protein processing, which are essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and function. TMEM252 proper localization is vital, as disruptions in the endoplasmic reticulum can lead to various diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders and metabolic syndromes. TMEM252 involvement in these critical cellular processes highlights its importance in both health and disease, making TMEM252 a significant target for research and therapeutic interventions. Additionally, chromosome 9, where TMEM252 gene is located, is known for its complex genetic landscape, including associations with various genetic disorders, further emphasizing the relevance of studying TMEM252.
