Is this compatible with Rhesus Macaque?

Thank you for your question. This antibody has not yet been tested in Rhesus Macaque and so that is not a recommended species at this time. We are still gathering data to show on our website. Check back for updates!

Dears; I would like to ask what is the positive control tissue of Sc21759 HRP (TLR2) if will used IHC-P and what is recommended Dilution factor?

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested our TLR2 Antibody (TL2.1): sc-21759 for immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, or IHC(P). However, we are aware of publications citing use of the antibody for this type of research application. For example, PMID's: 21564140 and 18607891. Our general protocol is provided below. We recommend using a starting dilution of 1:50, however if you are using the HRP conjugated primary antibody, it would be important to test for an optimal dilution with your samples. https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/immunoperoxidase-staining

It was very hard to tell the exact band in PVDF, the background was very deep, no clear strap was seen even though I tried several times on different cell lysis. Thus, I have to say this antibody is not good as it showed.
