SEE ALSO...

TCIRG1 Antibody (6H3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects the TCIRG1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-TCIRG1 antibody (6H3) is available as a non-conjugated format. TCIRG1 protein, also known as T-cell immune regulator 1, ATPase, H+ transporting, lysosomal V0 subunit A3, plays a crucial role in the V-ATPase complex, which is essential for acidifying intracellular compartments and facilitating various cellular processes, including protein degradation and nutrient sensing. TCIRG1 protein is primarily located in the lysosomal membrane, where TCIRG1 contributes to the proton transport necessary for maintaining the acidic environment required for optimal lysosomal function. Proper functioning of TCIRG1 is vital for T-cell activation and osteoclast differentiation, and mutations in the TCIRG1 gene can lead to osteopetrosis autosomal recessive type 1, a condition characterized by excessive bone density due to impaired bone resorption. Understanding TCIRG1′s role in these processes highlights TCIRG1′s importance in both immune response and bone metabolism, making TCIRG1 (6H3) monoclonal antibody a valuable tool for research in these areas.

Molecular weight of long isoform is 93kDa and short isoform is 69kDa. But the bands of both Hs67 and U-2 OS are over 132kDa "single" bands. These bands indicates 93+69kDa?  And the band of recombinant protein is around 35kDa. Is this correct?
