TCF-4 Antibody (H-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 antibody that detects TCF-4 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). TCF-4, a member of the T cell factor family, plays a crucial role in lymphoid cell development and is a key transcriptional activator in the Wnt signaling pathway.
