Thank you for your question. TBX3 (A-20): sc-17871 is a goat polyclonal IgG raised against a peptide mapping closer to the N-terminus within an internal region of TBX3 of human origin. According to the SwissProt protein page (accession O15119), the epitope does not recognize a DNA binding domain of TBX3. The exact peptide sequence used to raise this antibody is considered proprietary information.
