    STAP-2 Antibody (H-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects STAP-2 in mouse samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). STAP-2 (H-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. STAP-2 plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways, particularly in tyrosine phosphorylation, which regulates various cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and metabolism. STAP-2′s structure features a pleckstrin homology (PH) domain and an SH2 domain, allowing interaction with other signaling molecules, such as BRK (breast tumor kinase), a non-receptor protein-tyrosine kinase often overexpressed in breast tumors and metastatic melanoma cell lines. The interaction between STAP-2 and BRK suggests potential involvement in oncogenic signaling pathways, where aberrant phosphorylation can lead to tumor progression and metastasis. Using anti-STAP-2 antibody (H-10) in research can provide valuable insights into cancer biology mechanisms and tyrosine kinases′ role in cellular signaling.
