NPS 2143 hydrochloride, a synthetic peptide belonging to the NPS peptide family. NPS 2143 hydrochloride has a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on the growth of human umbilical vein endothelial cells and can trigger their apoptosis. The mechanism of action is that the peptide interacts with various receptors such as the G-protein coupled receptor family and intracellular signaling pathways including the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway.
