Thank you for your question. NFκB p65 (A) was discontinued and is no longer in production or available for purchase. It was only recommended for detection of NFκB p65 of mouse, rat and human origin.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work in human HFF by IFAI tried this antibody by immunofluorescence, coming from the discontinued sc-8008 which worked perfectly, this one did not. My conditions were 1/50 dilution, overnight incubation, and the nuclei of Human HFF did not light up at all after toxoplasma type II infection at 24 hpi with high MOI.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NFκB for ICC of spinal dorsal horn cellsWe applied this antibody for immunocytochemistry of cultured spinal dorsal horn cells and showed inflammation-induced nuclear translocation of the transcription factor in microglial cells. It worked very well diluted to 1:2000.
