IRG-47 Antibody (G-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects IRG-47 protein of mouse origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). IRG-47 (G-3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. IRG-47 is a member of a distinct family of interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) inducible GTPases, which play a crucial role in the cellular innate immune response. These GTPases, including TGTP, LRG-47, and IGTP, are selectively induced by IFN-γ or bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulation and are characterized by a nucleotide-binding domain that is essential for their function.
