HoxA1 Antibody (1E10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects HoxA1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-HoxA1 antibody (1E10) is available as the non-conjugated format. HoxA1 (1E10) antibody recognizes a crucial transcription factor that plays a significant role in the regulation of gene expression during embryonic development, particularly in the formation of the vertebrate central nervous system, heart, and limbs.
