GPRC5B Antibody (1H1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects GPRC5B protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-GPRC5B antibody (1H1) is available as the non-conjugated format. GPRC5B, or G protein-coupled receptor family C group 5 member B, is a 403 amino acid protein encoded by the human GPRC5B gene and is classified as an orphan receptor within the G protein-coupled receptor family. GPRC5B (1H1) monoclonal antibody recognizes a protein that plays a crucial role in cellular signaling, particularly in retinoic acid signaling pathways, which are essential for various physiological processes including cell differentiation and growth. GPRC5B is predominantly expressed in the kidney, pancreas, and testis, with moderate levels found in the brain, heart, prostate, small intestine, and spleen.
