Endophilin III Antibody (F-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects Endophilin III protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Endophilin III antibody (F-4) is available as the non-conjugated format. Endophilin III, also known as SH3GL3, plays a crucial role in regulating synaptic vesicle trafficking, which is essential for neurotransmitter release at nerve terminals.
