E. coli 0-111 Antibody (1.B.246) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects the E. coli 0-111 protein of E. coli O-111 origin by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-E. coli 0-111 antibody (1.B.246) is available as the non-conjugated monoclonal isotype antibody. Escherichia coli, a member of the Enterobacteriaceae family, is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium that resides in the lower intestines of mammals and serves as a crucial model organism in microbiological research.
