    DRAK1 Antibody (3064C6a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects DRAK1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-DRAK1 antibody (3064C6a) is available as non-conjugated format. DRAK1, or DAP kinase-related apoptosis-inducing protein kinase 1, plays a crucial role in regulating apoptosis, a vital process for maintaining cellular homeostasis and preventing tumorigenesis. DRAK1 is primarily localized in the nucleus, where DRAK1 is involved in signaling pathways that trigger programmed cell death in response to various stressors. Nuclear localization of DRAK1 allows for direct interaction with transcription factors and other nuclear proteins that modulate gene expression related to apoptosis. DRAK1′s ability to induce morphological changes associated with apoptosis in NIH/3T3 cells underscores DRAK1′s importance in cancer biology, as DRAK1 can influence metastatic potential of cells by promoting cell death in response to oncogenic signals. DRAK1 interacts with other members of the DAP kinase family, such as DRAK2, enhancing apoptotic effects and further establishing DRAK1′s role in the intricate network of cellular signaling pathways that govern cell survival and death.

    Thank you for your question. We recommend using 1–10 µl (i.e., 0.2–2 µg) of antibody with 1 ml of cell lysate. However, optimal antibody concentration should be determined by titration.
