CL 316243 disodium salt is a highly selective β3-AR adrenoceptor agonist. The β3-AR is part of a family of adrenergic receptors (or adrenoreceptors), a common G-protein coupled receptor. β3-ARs are primarily located in the small intestine, adipose tissue, and vascular endothelium. CL 316243 disodium salt has been shown to cause increases in brown adipose tissue thermogenesis and metabolic rate as well as decreases in blood insulin and glucose levels.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product. Used to induce lipolysis. I recently bought this product to induce lipolysis, in-vivo and ex-vivo, in mice.. Worked perfectly. Dissolved very easily. Induced lipolysis at 1mg and 10mg/kg. No problems. Would recommend.
