CL 316243 disodium salt is a highly selective β3-adrenoceptor agonist and anti-obesity agent that is >10,000-fold selective over β1 and β2. It causes a rapid decrease in blood glucose level in mice and has been used to study the induction of brown adipocytes and to increase thermogenesis in a mouse model of dietary obesity. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product. Used to induce lipolysis.I recently bought this product to induce lipolysis, in-vivo and ex-vivo, in mice.. Worked perfectly. Dissolved very easily. Induced lipolysis at 1mg and 10mg/kg. No problems. Would recommend.
