Cardionogen 1 is a Wnt signaling modulator that potently inhibits Wnt/beta-catenin-dependent transcription in murine ES cells (EC50 = 23 nM) and zebrafish embryos. It also induces ES cell cardiac differentiation. Cardionogen 1 is an organic heterocyclic compound widely employed in various scientific research applications. It consists of a cyclohexyl ring, a furan ring, and a [1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole ring.
